Lipstick Love – Revolution Pro Diamond Lustre Crystal Lipstick Review

I love a bit of sparkle, a little bit of razzle dazzle! The Diamond Lustre Crystal Lipstick from Revolution Pro certainly gives me a bit of sparkle! I usually save shimmer and sparkle for my eyes but curiosity got the better of me!

The lipstick comes packaged in stunning gold sparkling casing complimenting the lipstick enclosed perfectly. It feels luxurious and adds some glamour to my dressing table. There are six shades in the collection:

• Lullaby – Rose Gold
• Fascinator – Fuschia
• Stealth – Mauve
• Corset – Blushed Nude
• Pleased – Hot Pink
• Razzle – Copper

If you love a bit of sparkle you will love the bullet of the lipstick! It is beautiful and glitter filled with the perfect amount of twinkle! The shape of the bullet makes application effortless with the point making it easy to reach the corners of my lips.

The formula is comfortable to wear, I expected it to feel drying but have found it to be hydrating which was a welcome surprise. It is beautifully pigmented giving me a stunning colour payoff in one easy glide on my lips. The glitter is distributed evenly through the bullet and isn’t patchy which is great, I have had bad experiences in the past with glitter lipsticks!

Corset has a beautiful metallic shimmer finish, it has a sheen to it which compliments the glitter beautifully. I expected to feel the glitter on my lips and was pleasantly surprised that it feels smooth and isn’t gritty. The glitter is fine as opposed to chunky making it easy to wear and to forget you have a bit of added sparkle on your lips. It is fairly long lasting, I find I like to reapply after lunch to lift the colour a little.

Corset really is my perfect shade, a neutral glitter lipstick which is perfect for everyday wear and adds a little bit of fun to my day! It is a subtle glitter lipstick, it isn’t crazy in your face and for me that is perfect! It works well with my fair skin and I am loving wearing it now we are in summer.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from the Diamond Lustre Crystal lipsticks and am pleased I took a chance to try something different. I am really impressed with the formula and how comfortable it is to wear, it adds a little bit of glamour to my day!

Revolution Pro are cruelty free and vegan friendly, they are also super affordable. If you like a bit of sparkle you will love this collection, Mwah!
