Popping Pink! Trinny London Lip2Cheek Review + Swatches

You all know I love products that make life easy whilst leaving a finished polished look. Trinny London Lip2Cheek is right up my street! A multitasker for a monochrome look I had to see if it worked!

Trinny London Lip2Cheek

Trinny London Lip2Cheek comes packaged in the recognisable silver stackable pot. Perfect for travel and storage it is compact and light weight. Created for use with your fingers the packaging loans itself to this application.

There are nine shades available in Lip2Cheek from soft delicate peaches to warm chestnut browns. I picked up Pia, a beautiful vibrant pink!

Lip2Cheek is our magical multitasker that simply makes your face come alive. Your eyes appear brighter, your lips will pop, and the matte texture gives just the perfect helping of healthy fresh-from-a-country-walk rosiness. All that from a tiny pot. A bold, bright cheerful pop of pink. Think Rio rather than Barbie doll. Intimidating in the pot but so joyful and flattering to wear. Pia is named after one of Trinny’s oldest friends who loves buying makeup.

Key Benefits

Trinny London Lip2Cheek promises:

  • To lift and brighten your complexion
  • No spillage!
  • A multitasker for use on th
  • Long-lasting colour
  • Buildable to your preferred finish

Pia is a fun and bright pink shade which instantly puts a smile on my face. The formula is extremely pigmented and swatches smoothly and evenly.

A pigmented pop of Pia!

I love when my lipstick coordinates with the rest of my makeup and Lip2Cheek does the work for me which is always welcome when running on no caffeine in the mornings! The formula is highly pigmented and delivers a quick colour payoff resulting in a polished look. Pia looks intense and to some may appear an intimidating choice, however it is a buildable shade which you can apply with a light hand to achieve your perfect fuschia pink finish.

The finish is a flattering matte, I often shy away from matte preferring a dewy look to be honest but the Lip2Cheek matte is not flat and lifts my complexion. It is easy to apply and blend using my fingertips, the formula does not dry down immediately giving the perfect amount of time to blend. It is lightweight to wear and layers well on my foundation without causing it to move. It has a skin like appearance which doesn’t accentuate pores or texture. I like to apply Pia high on the apples of my cheeks for a natural flush and to give my face a little lift.

Pia applies easily to my lips delivering a beautiful pop of colour in one finger swipe! It applies evenly without the colour bleeding and instantly brightens my complexion. It is comfortable to wear and the matte finish does not cause my lips to become dry. It is long lasting and I find I only reapply once during the day to give the colour a bit more pop!

I was certainly in the go bold or go home mentality when I purchased Pia but I am so happy I did, a flattering shade which will compliment all skin tones. It is bold and fun, I can’t help but smile when I wear it. Lip2Cheek a real timesaver which I am a big fan of! Perfect for a quick application without compromising on finish giving me a put together look in minutes, it is a keeper for me!

Pia is a flattering universal shade
