Regular readers know I am hard to please when it comes to cleansing balms and when the Papaya Sorbet Enzyme Cleansing Balm arrived I had extremely high expectations, keep reading for more info!
Packaged in a vibrant orange jar which opens easily to reveal the beautiful Papaya Sorbet Enzyme Cleansing Balm enclosed, I can’t help but smile when I see the gorgeous orange balm. It comes with a handy spatula for mess free and hygienic application. I do enjoy the Glow Recipe aesthetics they just look gorgeous on my shelf!

Key Ingredients
The formula is full of skin loving vitamins and ingredients for an effective deep cleanse including:
- Papaya Enzyme – gently exfoliates and brightens the skin whilst reducing inflammation
- Papaya Seed Oil – evens skin tone leaving a bright and glowing complexion
- Blueberry Extract – rich in antioxidants and vitamins it helps the skin to retain moisture and aids skin cell renewal
- Papaya Extract – soothes and nourishes the skin
The formula is free from common skin irritants including alcohols, parabens, sulfates and fragrance.
Smooth and lightweight the Papaya Sorbet Enzyme Cleansing Balm spreads easily on my skin massaging in like a dream. It melts my makeup including my stubborn mascara with ease and no need for excess scrubbing. Gentle and comfortable to use it feels silky as opposed to greasy or gritty on my skin and removes makeup and daily grime quickly and efficiently. The beautiful orange balm smells as delicious as it looks with a yummy light fruity scent, warning it will make you hungry!
I love how hydrating the balm is, non drying my skin is left feeling clean, smooth and soft after use. It has caused no irritation to my sensitive eyes removing my eye makeup softly whilst nourishing the delicate eye area skin. A little goes a long way and one small scoop is all I need for a wonderful cleansing experience, having used for over a month there is a long way to go before I see the bottom of the jar. It gives my skin a bright appearance after use gently removing and softening those pesky dry patches on my t-zone, it’s a much needed lift in the morning! I look forward to my fruity cleanse every day, the perfect pick me up and skin soothing treat it has quickly become one of my favourite cleansing balms!
