Of the two new parfums I picked up Holiday Première L’étoile White Eau De Parfum. It comes in an elegant frosted glass bottle which feels as luxurious as it looks. The crystal designed lid adds the perfect finishing touch and will look beautiful on any vanity. Key notes include:
- Top Notes – Sweet Orange, Coconut and Mirabelle Plum Accord
- Heart Notes – Damask Rose, Sweet Almond and Arabian Jasmine
- Base Notes – Vanilla, Cedar, Creamy Sandalwood and Musk
My Review
Fragrance choice is personal and finding the perfect scent is a match made in heaven. I enjoy a light sweet perfume and was instantly drawn to the White Eau De Parfum. One spritz releases a soft and sweet scent with the orange coming through beautifully. It blossoms into a cosy warm floral and woody fragrance as the almond and damask rose heart and sandalwood and vanilla base notes release which I love. I am not a fan of heavy scents and it has the perfect delicate balance, not too heavy nor to subtle. It is easy to wear and a great option for daytime and evening.
I love that the scent lingers and I do not feel the need to refresh during the day. Personally I am not a fan of dupes, however in store the assistant drew a likeness to Black Opium although I would say this is much softer and sweeter. An elegant and delicate fragrance which has an indulgent feel without the price tag and is perfect for sweet and woody perfume lovers. This is the type of scent I reach for all year round and will work perfectly no matter the season. I hope they make it a permanent option, I am stocking up to be on the safe side!
