We have been waiting patiently (or not!) for a new lipstick collection from Charlotte Tilbury since the popular Hot Lips II collection back in 2018. Inspired by the vintage Hollywood makeup artistry and cinematic effects. Think soft focus lighting combined with smoothing and flattering highlights to create an empowering and flattering lipstick wardrobe. Paired with complimenting Lip Cheat lip liners to define and shape the lips for a gorgeous finish. The lipsticks come in the infamous Tilbury lipstick casing in pink or red depending on which shade is enclosed.

Lip Cheats are well loved in their right, smooth and creamy they easily shape and define the lips. Five new Lip Cheats have also launched to compliment the new Hollywood Beauty Icon Lipsticks.

Waterproof and smudge proof the colour is long wearing plus they are so comfortable on my lips. They glide on effortlessly shaping and defining my lips with an even line and giving them a fuller look. Once applied the colour lasts without feathering or smudging. I have gone through many lip cheats over the years and they are on the creamiest liners I have used. They sharpen easily without breaking and last, a handbag essential for those all important touch ups on the go.
My Review
I have has Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks in my makeup bag for years and was so excited to see the new collection. The satin pinks in my favourite K.I.S.S.I.N.G formula are incredibly creamy and comfortable keeping my lips hydrated and soft. They glide on with ease and leave an even colour with a fresh and dewy finish which looks so pretty. As expected from a satin lipstick I do touch up the colour half way through the day for more impact. From soft to rich shades of pink I have been reaching for Red Carpet Pink and Candy Chic the most, easy to wear they are soft and delicate – my favourite kind of pink.
I feel a real vintage Hollywood feeling with the new red Matte Revolution lipsticks. A lightweight and non drying formula which leaves my lips soft and smooth they apply effortlessly. The flat head makes it easy to outline my lips and get an even finish in the corners without making a mess. These are long wearing lipsticks, although a little goes on my coffee cup the colour stays all day without smudging. I keep reaching for Hollywood Vixen, it brightens my complexion and I can’t help but smile when I wear it.
