The Gilded Mini Eyeshadow Palette comes in a plastic compact which showcases the six shades enclosed. It doesn’t include a mirror, however for the price this isn’t a deal breaker. There are five colour stories available from wearable neutrals, delicate pinks and soft mauves – there is a palette for all tastes. I have It’s All Rose, a soft pink palette to share with you.

Silky smooth and buttery the eyeshadows apply and blend easily to create a beautiful look in minutes. The shades are all wearable and it is a great balance of mattes and shimmers for an endless option of looks. The two matte shades have a pretty colour payoff and are buildable for more impact. Whilst the shimmers give an elegant light reflecting finish without looking glittery or chunky and feel comfortable on my eyelids. Each gives a beautiful smooth and even finish and I experienced minimal fall out which was fab!

The shades all compliment each other perfectly and I don’t find the need to reach for additional eyeshadows which is great. I personally enjoy that I can create a soft and subtle look or go for more impact with theses shades making it a great day to evening palette. The colours wear well throughout the day without creasing. I did experience some subtle fading after six hours which was not really noticeable. I did notice when using an eyeshadow primer it increased the wear, which is something to consider.
