NeuroSkinFeeds The MicroOil Review

AD/PR Samples featured

I have always enjoyed using facial oils in my skincare routine, besides working wonders it is a lovely and relaxing treat to massage them in to our skin. Neuroskinfeeds MicroOil immediately captured my attention with its emphasis on healthy skin and mind.

The MicroOil

NeuroSkinFeeds are focused on benefiting both skin and mind with their MicroOil. With the belief that what we apply to our skin can have an affect on our mood the natural ingredients have been carefully selected to create a multi-functional oil to boost our skins health, improve our mind, mood and wellbeing. The MicroOil comes packaged in a luxurious glass bottle with a pipette dropper.

What The MicroOil promises:

the MicroOil is a hardworking oil! It promises to be:

  • Anti-aging – reduce the appearance of fine lines and aging
  • Hydrating – a boost of hydration and moisture to your skin
  • Will not clog pores
  • Will leave your skin soft and smooth
  • Suitable for all skin types
Easy to dispense pipette dropper

Ingredients

The ingredients in The MicroOil have been chosen to ensure a positive effect on our skin and wellbeing:

  • Camelina Satvia Seed Oil – A strong antioxidant naturally high in Vitamin E and omega-3 fatty acids. Will gently calm and moisturise your skin whilst giving your immune system a boost
  • Plukentia Volubilis Seed Oil – Protects your skin against sun damage whilst hydrating it
  • Sweet Almond Oil – Nourishes and softens your skin whilst giving your skin a hint of glow
  • Squalene Oil – Balances your skins oil production and collagen leaving your skin plumper and firm

These oils were selected because of their skin benefits and their positive effect on mental wellbeing as they contain ingredients such as tryptophan, a precursor for serotonin.
Serotonin is a feel-good hormone and neurotransmitter which helps us deal with stress and feel calm and happy.
Omega 3 also reduces inflammation in the brain, which can cause mood shifts, headaches and more.

Focus on skin and mind health

Review

I have been using The MicroOil as part of my skin routine for a month both morning and evening. The oil has a lovely silky texture which absorbs easily into my skin without leaving it feeling tacky or greasy. The pipette dropper makes it easy to dispense enough oil for application, I find one/two drops is sufficient for my preference. When I am short for time it works well added to my moisturiser or serum which is always a bonus! It has a subtle calming scent from the oils which I enjoy, it is not overpowering nor does it linger too long.

Absorbs easily into the skin

I tend to use oil products more during the colder months and The MicroOil is working wonders at keeping my skin hydrated and soft. It leaves my skin feeling and appearing smooth with a subtle hint of glow which if you are a regular reader you will know I am here for the glow! My skin looks and feels healthy, it has had a slight plumping effect which I have noticed through continual use. It is a gorgeous gentle oil which has caused my skin no irritation nor breakouts and will work for all skin types.

If there was ever a time when we all needed some mind and wellbeing TLC 2020 is certainly the year we will all benefit from it! I find oils relaxing to use in general and do find the MicroOil to have a calming effect, especially in the evening when my mind never switches off! It helps to relax my mind and body which I look forward to at the end of the day. It is truly a multitasker boosting my skin and wellbeing and I am loving it!
