I am loving using barely there bases currently, those ones that keep you guessing….is she wearing makeup? Being the glow addict I am the Becca Light Shifter Dewing Tinted Moisturiser called my name, honestly it pretty much could have said Sarah here I am! It took seconds for me to order and keep everything crossed it would give me the perfect healthy lit from within glow!

Becca Light Shifter Dewing Tinted Moisturiser

The Light Shifter Dewing Tinted Moisturiser comes in a squeeze top tube which is easy to use, I recommend being light handed as you really do not need much at all. There are eight shades in the collection with Becca stating the shades are flexible and sheer to make it easy to find your ideal shade. I decided with Spring approaching to go one shade up and picked up Light Seeker 2.5 for light skin with golden undertones.

The Light Shifter Dewing Tint promises to give your skin a sheer finish with a lit from within glow whilst also giving it a boost of hydration. A lightweight formula which will protect your skin from blue light and pollutants whilst light shifting pigments deliver the glow!

Review

The Light Shifter Dewing Tinted Moisturiser has a lightweight gel-balm consistency that glides easily onto my skin. I have found it easy to blend using my fingers or a brush, I avoided using a sponge as I felt it would absorb too much product. It instantly brightens my complexion giving it some intense glow! It is buildable should you prefer a light coverage although I personally prefer the sheer skin like finish. I have used the Dewing Tinted Moisturiser alone, as a primer and as a highlighter and love that I can use it in various ways, you know me I love a multiuse product!

It is comfortable to wear and keeps my skin hydrated and soft, thank to those skin loving ingredients I always love in my makeup! It doesn’t emphasise texture or pores nor does it settle into my smile lines. Although the coverage is sheer it does give a blurring effect on the skin thanks to the light shifting pigments, I can still see my redness however it is muted and my complexion appears more even. I have used it with and without setting powder and have experienced no transfer which is always a win! A long lasting formula keeping my skin looking fresh throughout the day, a welcome surprise due to how sheer the finish is I expected it to wear and fade so needless to say I was really impressed!

The Light Shifter Collection from Becca

This won’t be for everybody if you are not a fan of a glowing finish or prefer more coverage this will not be for you, likewise if you also do not enjoy an all over glow you will not want to reach for this. With the warmer weather coming and the subtle tanned look I can achieve I will be reaching for this a lot for a fresh and healthy glow!
