When the Byoma Brightening Serum arrived I was excited. A good serum can make all the difference to your skin health and with a serum for every skin type and concern we are spoilt for choice. Thankfully you don’t have to pay high end to see results, keep reading for all the details!
BYOMA are an American skincare brand who are now available in the UK, yay! Born during the pandemic lock down they are dedicated to “boosting your skins barrier” whilst being affordable and accessible to all. Their products are purse friendly all costing under £15.00. The Brightening Serum comes packaged in pretty light blue recyclable bottle with a reusable pipette dispenser. The bottle is aesthetically pleasing and will tick the box for those that love a minimal pretty shelf. According to their website refills are on the way!

The Brightening Serum has a light fluid consistency which absorbs quickly into my skin giving it some instant glow. The serum has great slip and applies easily, I find 4/6 drops is perfect for a full application. It has fitted easily into my skincare routine and if you like to layer up your serums it works beautifully with others. I love the instant cooling and soothing effect it has on my skin, a refreshing relief in the hot weather. Light and comfortable it is non irritating and a great option if your skin is sensitive.
With three of my favourite ingredients the formula has not disappointed and overtime my skin feels and looks healthier and stronger. I love how hydrating the serum is and how smooth and soft my skin is feeling. My skin tone is improving and my redness has reduced which is always a win. If you are looking to boost your skin barrier health and for a glowing complexion you won’t be disappointed!
