Exfoliating is one thing that scares me and there are very few I trust on my skin. Far to many times my skin has been irritated and my rosacea disrupted. Bright Now was born from the love of RENs Ready Steady Glow which is sadly missing from my shelf and many others. Marks and Spencers asked Pai Skincare to fill the void for their loyal customers and the result is Bright Now. It’s not a dupe of Ready Steady Glow but the next step if it had an upgrade. So if you were a loyal user this is a gentle and more effective option.
What the Pai Bright Now Exfoliating Toner Promises:

Key Ingredients:
- PHA (Polyhydroxy Acids) – Great for sensitive skin they are larger in molecular size than AHAs and BHAs. As a result they won’t penetrate as deeply into skin resulting in less irritation as they gently exfoliate the skin
- 100% Natural Niacinamide – Brightens and evens skin tone whilst reducing and calming redness and irritation
- Rosehip – Rich in omegas 3, 6, 7 and 9 which work to strengthen and support the skin barrier
Review
As I said at the start exfoliating is the one step I can feel my skin recoiling at so I exfoliate with care. Bright Now instantly reminded me of REN’s Ready Steady Glow which I had great experience with so my hopes were set high. It feels soothing once applied with a watery texture which is lightweight. Gently it exfoliates my skin without feeling abrasive or causing any irritation which is fantastic. My skin instantly feels smoother, brighter and refreshed after use. As we know the golden skincare rule is consistency and overtime my skin is looking more even and radiant.
Although it can be used daily I find every few days works well for my skin, so do play around to how it works best. I use it in the evening after and Lightwork Cleansing Oil love waking up in the morning with smoother and brighter skin. A little reminder that we all have varied skin tolerances so please do patch test first! I always patch test due to my skin sensitivity and was no different with Bright Now which I patch tested for two weeks before committing. It is a great addition to my skincare routine and as a result feel my other products are working that little bit better. A comfortable and effective exfoliator which is gentle on my sensitive skin and gives it the glow I love!
