Self care looks and feels different for everyone, in the chaos of the festive season it is essential to set aside some time for yourself. Here are my favourite ways to escape for some much needed relaxation whether you have five minutes or an hour to switch off and focus on you!
I love nothing more than escaping to my bathroom for a long bath or shower – shut the door and forget everything. Face Masks are a firm favourite for some relaxation and for a good reason, the perfect excuse to switch off and drift away! We are spoilt for choice from sheet masks to clay masks there is something for everyones taste. Short for time? Not forgetting our busy hands! I love treating my hands and nails it helps me to unwind and relieves all the stress from the day.
