Athletia are a Japanese natural skincare brand. The Treatment Cleansing Cream comes in an environmentally friendly biomass plastic tube with a squeeze top dispenser. If you enjoy a minimalist approach to your skincare, you will find the clean white packaging aesthetically pleasing. A little goes a long way so I recommend a light squeeze of the tube.

Key Ingredients:
The formula combines seven botanical oils for optimum benefits. Skin loving ingredients include:
- Athletia Energetic Complex – Including Ashitaba, Shiso and Rice to moisturise, repair, strengthen and protect the skin
- Squalane – Including both sugarcane and olive squalane to moisturise and soften the skin
- Orange Peel Oil – with natural anti-inflammatory properties it helps to reduce the appearance of redness and puffiness
- Coconut Oil – hydrates, smooths and protects the skin
A luxurious rich cream which feels light and soothing on my skin. The Treatment Cleaning Cream transforms to a silky oil consistency once wet which feels simply wonderful to massage in. A gentle yet effective cleanser it removes and dissolves the day easily without stripping my skin. Easy to rinse off it leaves no unwanted residue and my skin feeling refreshed and soft. I love how it helps to keep my skin hydrated, leaving it perfectly prepped for my skincare products!
If you enjoy scented skincare, you will enjoy the aroma from the essential oils, a blend of juniper berries, grapefruit and neroli which is uplifting and relaxing. The Treatment Cleansing Cream works brilliantly as a first cleanse however I personally enjoy using it as my second cleanse to really indulge and enjoy as it nourishes my skin. It is a lovely gentle cleanser, I find it comforting and appreciate how it soothes my dry irritated areas quickly and effectively. I love to escape with the Treatment Cleansing Cream at the end of the day, it is the perfect way to unwind and destress!
