It is official Pillow Talk is taking over my makeup collection! The Pillow Talk Lip Cheat has been my go to since it launched back in 2013 and I am in my element with all the additions to the collection recently. The latest member added to my makeup bag is the Pillow Talk Collagen Lip Bath, a completely new product for me from Charlotte Tilbury having never tried this gloss formula before!
The Pillow Talk Collagen Lip Bath comes in the classic rose gold packaging enclosed in a lightweight tibe. It has a unique applicator shaped like a heart which is very cute!
What the Pillow Talk Collagen Lip Bath Promises:
- A high shine sheer gloss finish
- Leave lips fuller, smoother and plumper
- Nourish and hydrate the lips
- Quick and easy application with the heart shaped doe foot
Key Ingredients:
- Marine Collagen – for much needed hydration
- Vitamin A – for a smoother appearance
- Coconut Oil – to nourish and soften the lips
- Marula Oil – containing antioxidants Vitamins C and E
- Peppermint Oil – adding flavour

The Pillow Talk Collagen Lip Bath is a subtle sheer pink shade, extremely wearable and perfect for natural everyday makeup. If you prefer more colour payoff the Pillow Talk Lip Lustre is a more pigmented formula (comparison swatches can be seen below). The gloss has the right amount of shine without looking too intense (I am not as young as I used to be!). Looking ahead to Spring this is the perfect light colour for the sunny days I am craving!
The gloss is a lovely light texture which feels comfortable on my lips. It instantly has a cooling and tingling effect once applied which makes me feel my lips are getting plumper! The tingling does not feel uncomfortable and the gloss has a refreshing minty taste (it is slightly addictive!). The unique heart applicator gives a beautiful even application in one swipe which I was not expecting and am pleasantly surprised with, it picks up the perfect amount of product!
My lips appear slightly fuller and plumper once the lip bath is applied. My lips are currently on the dry side (thank you central heating!) and are getting some much needed hydration from this gloss which disguises my dry patches without clinging to them and leaves my lips looking and feeling smooth and soft. I am normally a lipstick fan however I love the delicate pink shade and the much needed TLC the formula is giving my lips!
