Cleansing is easily my favourite skincare step, who doesn’t love a few minutes a day to escape the hustle and bustle. I have loved the Micellar Waters for years and had high hopes for the Garnier Gentle Hydrating Deep Cleanser when it arrived. A smooth creamy texture which lightly lathers the Gentle Hydrating Deep Cleanser feels really satisfying to massage into the skin. With a subtle light scent which I personally find refreshing it feels soothing on my skin especially at the end of a hot day. I find it removes light makeup well although I enjoy it more as a second and morning cleanse to really take the time to enjoy it. My skin is always incredibly soft after use and feels fully cleansed. Easy to rinse off it leaves my skin feeling smooth and hydrated which is great and perfect for the rest of my skincare routine. I have normal skin which is dehydrated and frequently experience rosacea. It has been a calming relief when my rosace is irritated and I love that my skin never feels tight after use. Overall it is a gentle and affordable cleanser which is effective and refreshes the skin. This will benefit and work for all skin types, my skin loves it!
