Winter has truly set in and its time to show our skin some love. Alpha-H have treated us to more body care in the new Daily Dose Multivitamin Body Serum. The second addition to their body care collection which they describe as a ‘new era of body care’. If you aren’t a fan of rich creams or body butters this could be what you are missing, keep reading for my review!
The Daily Dose Multivitamin Body Serum joins the Retinol Reboot Exfoliating Body Treatment in Alpha-H’s growing body care collection. The body serum comes packaged in a serene green tube, in line with the body care range making it easy to spot on your shelf. It has a squeeze lid dispenser which requires little pressure for an easy application.
What does the Alpha-H Daily Dose Multivitamin Body Serum promises?

Key Ingredients
- 5% Niacinamide – rich in anti-inflammatory and antioxidants which support and strengthen the skins barrier. It also improves uneven skin tone and hyperpigmentation whilst reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
- Vitamins C + E – a powerhouse duo of antioxidants which reduce the appearance of pigmentation whilst supporting collagen production and the skin barrier. They also work to protect the skin for external stressors.
- Hyaluronic Acid – hydrates and plumps the skin leaving it soft and supple
- Polyglutamic Acid – a hard working humectant that keeps the skin moist and hydrated whilst reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.
My Review
Smooth and lightweight the Daily Dose Multivitamin Serum applies easily and comfortably onto my skin. It has great slip with a little going a long way, I recommend only a light squeeze of the tube. As a result application is quick and effortless which is perfect for busy mornings. If you don’t have the time to hang around it is extremely quick absorbing, whilst doing your legs it will have fully absorbed on your arms – fab! I personally enjoy how refreshing and cooling the serum feels. It’s also non greasy or sticky leaving my skin instantly softer, smoother and brighter.
The serum may be lightweight but it is mighty! nourishing and hydrating it is keeping my skin in tip top condition throughout the colder months and will work brilliantly beyond. Through consistent use not only is my skin smoother but it also looks and feels more even. I love using it in the morning and on evenings when I am not using the Retinol Reboot Exfoliating Treatment. They really compliment each other giving your skin a real boost. If you aren’t a fan of heavy creams or body butters this is a fantastic alternative without compromising on results. A great addition to Alpha-H’s body care and one I will be using all year round!
