Review

I have used the Inkey List Hyaluronic Acid Serum for years so had high expectations for their newest addition. The serum has silky smooth texture which feels soothing and absorbs quickly which was impressive. I love it when I can feel instant results and it immediately relieved my skin tightness which was fantastic. It gives my skin an instant glow and plumper appearance disguising fine lines and leaving it feeling smooth and soft. As a result its great in the mornings under makeup. It has slotted easily into my skincare routine, both my morning and evening routine, layering brilliantly with my skincare products. I personally like to follow with the Bio-Active Ceramide Moisturiser to lock in all the goodness and give my skin a glass skin look!

Holding the Inkey List Ectoin Hydro-Barrier Serum after applying

Overtime my skin feels more comfortable with a significant improvement in my skins hydration. It has been a pleasant surprise to see an improvement in my redness and overall skin health. My skin is brighter, smoother and my skin tone appears more even which is great. Hydrated skin is happy skin and after six weeks use my skin is having a celebratory party. I think of the Ectoin Hydro-Barrier Serum as the Hyaluronic Acid serums bigger sister. Both are hydrating with the Ectoin serum giving my skin more intense hydration which it currently needs. I don’t think you would need to use both, identify which one your skin needs and it will work brilliantly. A great addition to any skincare routine, especially if your skin is in need of strengthening and hydration – time for bottle two!
