If you are a regular reader you will know of my addiction for mascara and love of products that save time! When the WunderExtensions Lash Extension and Curl Mascara arrived promising lift without the need for eyelash curlers I was easily pulled in to getting some on my lashes, I do love a lash curl!

The Wand

The brush has a tapered design, I love this style of brush for an even coat of mascara. The fine pointed tip makes it easy to reach the inner corner and capture those small lashes that try to hide! The fuller end of the brush loans itself to lifting and creating a wide eyed full coverage finish.

Review

I instantly loved that the formula isn’t too thick making it easily to coat and manoeuvre through my lashes. The tapered brush is lightweight and combs through my lashes with ease, capturing and separating them whilst leaving an even coat with each application. It is easy to manipulate the wand and get into the inner corner without stabbing my eye or lid which is always a good outcome! The wand easily lifts and elongates my lashes, I love the wide eyed look I can achieve from one coat (before coffee!).

I tend to go between one to two coats depending on how dramatic a finish I want. It builds well although I recommend layering quickly as it does set quite swiftly, this doesn’t bother me as I have experienced no transfer which is an absolute essential for me. Once set my mascara stays in place all day keeping my eyes looking wide and bright. I have experienced no irritation or flaking and it removes easily with my usual remover. I love how even the finish is, a clump free formula that applies easily and gives me the perfect natural curl and lift for everyday. It doesn’t promise volume however I do find it adds a subtle volume to my lashes, if you are after a bit more oomph I apply a coat on the top of my lashes to achieve a beautiful fuller look. A great mascara for gorgeous fluttery lashes, my eyelash curlers have retired to my drawer!
