Who doesn’t love a spa treat at home? Any excuse for a pamper and a few minutes to myself is always fine by me! The Life Defence Moisturiser from Temple Spa with SPF30 and blue light protection caught my attention and quickly got added into my skin care routine.

Life Defence comes packaged in a clean classic white tube with a squeeze top dispenser which is easy to use and fully recyclable. A real hard worker (we love those!) it not only contains SPF30 and Blue Light Protection but also promises to:

I have been using Life Defence for four weeks and love how baby soft my skin is feeling. It has a rich and smooth consistency which feels lightweight and silky on application making it comfortable to wear through the hotter months. It soaks in easily, within minutes my skin is touch proof with no waiting around! A little goes a long way, I recommend applying a little pressure when squeezing the tube! I love the lift it gives my skin adding a healthy hint of luminosity without feeling greasy which I always appreciate! It gives me the perfect smooth base for my makeup and plays well with others in my skincare routine layering beautifully.

It has a gorgeous luxurious scent, if you close your eyes you can imagine you are in a spa for a few minutes of escape! Consistency is always key with skincare and I am impressed with how hydrated and smooth it has made my skin. It is perfect for those mad makeup free dashes out the door, I can trust that my complexion looks healthy and balanced. I love knowing my skin is in safe hands, not only with essential SPF protection but also the added blue light protection which let’s face it we are all on our screens more than we wish! I love that Life Defence doesn’t feel like a normal SPF, lightweight it feels comfortable allowing my skin breath without causing any irritation. It is a real indulgent treat which I look forward to using every morning and will work all year round, I have happily added Life Defence to my routine!
