Trinny London skincare is growing and they recently added to their collection three exfoliants. Exfoliating is an essential step in my routine and one I have appreciated more the older I get. Getting the balance right is key for your skin health and Trinny London have created an exfoliant for every skin type. Keep reading for all the details!

Key Ingredients
- Poly-Hydroxy Acids – Gluconolactone and Lactobionic acid – selected for their gentle and steady exfoliation making them perfect for sensitive skin. Also help to increase skin moisture.
- Trehalose – helps to increase and lock in hydration
- Glycine-bonded azelaic acid – will brighten your complexion whilst soothing redness
Trinny says Tiptoe In is a good place for first timers to start and I completely agree. A wonderful light liquid exfoliant which has a welcome instant soothing effect. Gentle but mighty it easily buffs away dead skin cells without irritating or compromising my skin barrier. If you have sensitive skin you will not be disappointed with how effective and gentle Tiptoe In is. I love how it locks in moisture and leaves my skin hydrated, smooth and glowing.
Best applied to clean dry skin I find two pumps is sufficient and gives me plenty for a full face and neck application. Once absorbed it leaves the perfect smooth base for the rest of my skincare and will slot easily into any routine. As suggested I began with two applications a week which I have gradually increased to four. This has become my summer go to and has worked wonders at reducing the hormonal breakouts I regularly get.
If there is one thing I would improve it would be its scent, personally I prefer a fresher scent in my skincare. If you do not enjoy fragranced skincare it is does not linger and disappears after a couple of minutes. We all know the rule with skincare is consistency and after 5 weeks use my skin tone is more even and continues to improve. A keeper on my shelf!

I really like that Trinny has created 3 different versions and are catering for all skin types. Love that PHA is the acid of choice for this one, it’s perfect for sensitive skins so I can totally see this being a great option to use, with care (listening to your own skins needs), of course.
It would even make my oily/combo skin glow.
