Summer is here and we are flying through our SPFs! It’s easy to overlook our lips which are prone to sun damage and burning. I am already a big fan of the Athletia Lip Oil Essence (review here) which I use daily. I had high expectations of the Lip Protection Essence, spoiler alert – I am not disappointed! The essence glides on easily and evenly in one swipe, the rounded top is perfect for effortless application. It leaves a beautiful glossy finish which feels smooth as opposed to tacky. I love the slight plumping effect it has on my lips!
The essence feels lovely on, lightweight it is a comforting layer. Its hydrating and nourishing formula leaves my lips feeling soft and smooth. It has a lovely subtle citrus scent which adds a summer feel. With the added bonus of SPF protection it has quickly becoming a handbag essential. A gentle and lip loving essence which is perfect all year round!
