Inspired by the vibrant districts of Milan there are five parfums in the collection. Each reflects the personality and emotions of the areas. The parfums come in elegant glass bottles which feel luxuriously weighty. Distinguished by the colour reflecting each district they are as beautiful as the scent enclosed. Each scent has been created in Italy using 83% natural origin ingredients and sustainable plant-based alcohol. I have Montenapoleone District to share with you.

- Brera District (Green) – reflects the artistic and carefree atmosphere a fresh floral scent which settles into a dreamy musk.
- Isola District (Violet) – an amber and musky parfum which captures the fun and excitement of this vibrant district
- Montenapoleone District (Red) – Confident and passionate a fruity amber scent which is captivating and luxurious
- Navigli District (Yellow) – Fresh, floral and fruity it is a scent to put a smile on your face. Captivating and enticing it captures the colourful and joyful nature perfectly
- Duomo District (Grey) – chic and elegant this feminine amber and gourmand fragrance oozes sophistication and confidence

I was so excited to see the Scent of Milan perfumes at Kiko. After loving and stocking up on their limited edition Holiday Première L’étoile White Eau De Parfum two years ago I have been patiently waiting for a permanent collection. Perfume is personal and reflection of our feelings and emotions, so I always recommend a spritz before buying for yourself. I find myself gravitating to different scents based on my mood and the Scent of Milan collection is no exception. At first I thought Montenapoleone District would feel too heavy compared to my normal scents, however I was wrong. It opens with spicy and vibrant feeling with a subtle fruity sweetness which adds a modern touch. Evolving into a fragrant and light floral heart which adds a freshness to scent. Finally it settles into a luxurious rich and creamy warmth.
Montenapoleone District is an elegant and enticing perfume which gives feels incredibly luxurious to wear. It gives a feeling a of both confidence and sophistication which I love. I found it wears well throughout the day, although I do top up after eight hours but that is purely for my own enjoyment! I truly have been captured its elegance and comforting warmth which is addictive. This is a wonderful addition to any fragrance collection and at a great price. I can’t wait to see what other fragrances Kiko treats us to!
