I Finally Tried Douvall’s Argan Skincare, Here’s What You Need To Know!

I love to find and try something unique, we all do don’t we! Douvall’s captured my attention immediately with their luxurious natural argan collection consisting of skincare, make up and haircare I jumped at the chance to try some of their latest launches!

Who are Douvall’s?

Douvall’s recently launched their Milky Argan Active Moisturiser and Argan + Nettle Oil, I have been using them both in my routine for some time, so let’s get into the good stuff!

Milky Argan Active Moisturiser (£62.00)

The Milky Argan Active Moisturiser comes in a luxe glass bottle with a pump dispenser making it easy to get your desired amount for application. A natural formula of purified water with cold pressed organic Argan oil it is rich in skin loving omega-3’s which boost hydration, regulate oil production and reduce the appearance of aging – phew! With the added benefit of Argan actives which is full of flavonoids to protect and repair collagen it is a packed skin nourishing formula which sounds a true dream!

A silky lightweight milky consistency it soaks into my skin with ease feeling soothing and calming, perfect on these humid and chilly mornings we have been having! Two pumps gives me the perfect amount for an even application and it instantly leaves my skin feeling smooth, a great base for my days makeup! Through consistent use my skin is feeling softer and looks healthy, my redness especially in my t-zone has reduced and calmed which I am loving! It feels wonderful to use following exfoliation soothing any irritation and adding back some much needed moisture. It feel a real skin treat and is so gentle causing my eczema on my jaw line no irritation at all, a perfect option for anyone with sensitive skin. I would happily repurchase this!

Argan + Nettle Oil (£23.00)

If you are a regular reader you know I love multiuse products and the Argan + Nettle Oil ticks that box for use on the face, hair and body! Packaged in a luxe glass bottle it has a pippette dropper which releases the beautiful silky oil with ease. The formula is a beneficial powerhouse of antioxidants and anti inflammatories to soothe and boost hair and skin health thanks to the unique combination of cold pressed stinging nettle and argan oil. Why Nettle? Nettle is full of vitamins, antioxidants, nutrients and minerals and is recognised for its moisturising anti-aging and hair health boosting properties.

A beautiful light oil I love how versatile it is! I instantly put it to work on my scalp which is sensitive as I suffer with psoriasis which can be painful at times, it felt so soothing when gently massaged in calming any irritation with ease – a real relaxing end of the day treat! My hairs health overall has improved becoming stronger with significantly less breakage which as someone with fine hair I am loving! The perfect end to my skincare routine it locks in moisture and calms my skin leaving it feeling soft and smooth, I love knowing I will wake up with hydrated healthy looking skin in the morning. It has softened my hard skin and relieved my eczema patches and shaving rash (we’ve all been there!) without causing any irritation or reaction. It feels so soothing and silky to touch and is a powerhouse of skin loving benefits which are gently improving areas of irritation I have, a great multitasker to have for the hair benefits alone!

I have personally loved having a taste of Douvalls skincare, gentle but mighty their products are beneficial for all skin types especially those with sensitive skin. I will absolutely be trying more to share with you all!
