The clear bottle also makes it easy to see when you are about to run empty which I really appreciate! It has a pump dispenser which dispenses the perfect amount for an easy application. My Review
I have been wearing 160 Vanilla which is perfect for my fair skin during the cooler months. The Rimmel Lasting Finish Foundation is a lightweight fluid which as a result blends easily for a seamless application with very little effort needed. I personally apply a pump at a time and am impressed with how easily it builds to the coverage I need. Applied with your fingers or a brush it leaves a beautiful smooth finish every time. It quickly reduces and covers my redness giving my complexion a more even appearance whilst still looking skin like. I have some fine lines and dehydrated texture and love how the foundation smooths over these areas without emphasising them. Once set it leaves skin perfecting finish and gives my skin a beautiful healthy glow!
In comparison to the previous formula it has a slightly thicker consistency and because of its additional skincare benefits feels more hydrating. Although the consistency is thicker it is a great base and works brilliantly under my makeup products without moving. I found it long wearing and also experienced no creasing, caking or transfer. All in all a great affordable hydrating foundation if you enjoy a buildable and skin like radiant finish!
