The packaging is beautiful, sleek and chic it showcases the shade enclosed making it easy to find. It has a larger doe foot applicator than the original which hold enough gloss for a seamless application in its well. There are currently six shades available from soft pinks, warm browns and juicy reds.

When a favourite gets a switch up lets be honest expectations are high. The 3D Hydra Xtreme embodies the comfort and high shine of the popular original, with some extra spice added to plump the lips. Yes it does tingle! If you can patch test in store I recommend as what I find comfortable you may not and vice versa. I personally find it a comfortable tingle, more of a tingle than a burn which doesn’t linger and eases off quite quickly. The doe foot applicator is large and holds a good amount of gloss which as a result gives a beautiful and event application in one swipe. It has a flicked tip which hugs my lips and makes it easy to get into the narrow corners.
My lips certainly look plumper, juicy and glossy. The high shine finish is pretty giving my lips both a fuller and healthier look. The colour payoff is beautiful and great for both daytime to night. It is nourishing and moisturising keeping my lips comfortable and soft, whilst also feeling smooth and bonus points not sticky! If you love a plumping lip gloss and the original 3D Hydra Xtreme you won’t be disappointed!
