Newness from Charlotte Tilbury, their fourth mascara has arrived. The Exagger-Eyes Volume Mascara recently launched and having tried and tested their existing three mascaras I had to see if this would be the mascara I had been waiting for. If you are looking for curl and volume for your lashes, keep reading!
In chic and classic black and rose gold packaging has a vintage Hollywood feel. The tube is made from glass giving both a luxurious feel and look. The glass has an added bonus of preserving the formula for longer, although if your naturally clumsy like me make sure you don’t leave it on the edge of your shelf. As mentioned this is the fourth mascara from Charlotte Tilbury, lets recap the existing three:

What is the Charlotte Tilbury Exagger-Eyes Volume Mascara?

The Wand
The brush has a curl design with ultra fine fibre bristles which are soft on one side and sharp on the other. This design allows the brush to separate and define the lashes resulting in a clump free application. It promises to work with all lash types for maximum results.
Before and After
Mascara is easily a staple for us all and one of the most worn pieces of makeup. Lashes like perfume are personal and I’m a lift and lengthen lover. I appreciate volume whilst still wanting my lashes to look both defined and fluttery. I don’t ask much do I! Easy to use the brush glides through my lashes giving an even root to tip coat whilst also keeping lashes separated and clump free. It gives instant curl which looks fab whilst also adding great volume after one coat. The formula isn’t too thick, personally for me the Pillow Talk Lashes feels too thick where Exagger-Eyes has a good balance. It’s easy to build and doesn’t set too quickly leaving plenty of time to add on an extra coat or two. A lightweight mascara which once set leaves my lashes feeling soft as opposed to brittle which is always promising.
Not only did I get the fluttery and curled effect I was hoping for with one coat but it lasted brilliantly throughout the day. A deep black which adds extra impact yet still works well during the day for an everyday look, just add an extra layer for the evening. There was no smudging or flaking and it looks as good as when I have first applied it. It removed easily at the end of the day with my normal makeup remover and caused no irritation. A great mascara if you are looking to add curl and volume to your lashes.
