Before and Afters
I have a weakness for mascara and anything promising length, lift and volume always has my attention. I’m not one for false lashes so always try and get that effect from my mascara. The brush is plastic and as a result is lightweight and flexible making it easy to comb through my lashes and coat each one evenly. The bristles are short which helps get into those tight corners without poking yourself in the eye. A deep pigmented true black mascara it instantly adds impact lengthening and lifting my lashes for a fluttery effect. There is a subtle amount of volume added however I was hoping for a little more, not a deal breaker but something to consider.
It is buildable and you can layer it up from a natural everyday flutter to a more dramatic finish which is ideal for nights out. I find it feels lightweight on my lashes and leaves them feeling soft to touch as opposed to crunchy which is fantastic. Long wearing once set it wears all day without flaking and removes easily with my normal makeup remover. However there is a but… I have experienced clumping. It doesn’t happen every application but has a few times. I find removing excess from the brush and combing through to separate the lashes does help to improve it before it sets. Overall this is a great affordable mascara if you love a fanned out lengthened and lifted lash.
