I am a big fan of Spectrum brushes they have been in my makeup bag for years! I have been curious about their makeup collection and when they recently released their feline inspired Pantherine eyeshadow palette it was the perfect opportunity to give it a try!

Review

I have been using the Spectrum Pantherine Eyeshadow Palette for two weeks and love how versatile it is. I adore the colour story of the palette, I feel as though I have stepped outside and brought a piece of Autumn indoors. The shades make me feel warm and cosy, they are perfect for this time of year! all I need is a big slouchy jumper and hot chocolate and I am set for the day!

Beautiful bronzes, browns and oranges

The formula is beautiful, the mattes are soft and blend with little effort on my part. They are highly pigmented and very little product is needed to achieve a wonderful colour payoff. They feel deliciously buttery to touch and all six mattes shades provide a lovely even finish, I have experienced no patchiness at all. The mattes are all buildable allowing me to create soft and subtle looks to more intense and dramatic looks easily depending on my mood.

The metallics are quite simply stunning providing the perfect amount of shimmer without ever being too much. They are beautifully pigmented and easily buildable. They feel creamy to touch and leave an even finish each time which I love! The metallics reflect the light perfectly, I am slightly addicted to them!

Long lasting and easy to use

I am not a makeup artist and have found it easy to create natural daytime looks and vibrant eyes using all the shades, there is not one colour that I do not reach for. The shades all work in unison complementing each other beautifully, the colour story has been well thought out and executed perfectly, The eyeshadows feel so luxurious and comfortable to wear my sensitive eyes have experienced no irritation. They are long lasting and stay in place all day without any movement or fall out which I was really impressed with. A stunning palette I am happy to add to my collection it is purr-felt! (Sorry I couldn’t resist!).

A magical colour story
